Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky

Two engineers on a canoe trip in the Canadian north hatch a plan for a craft brewery in the Yukon. Fast forward 12 years and they decide to apply their brewing expertise to the art of distillation.
Our latest release, this highland single malt has been matured in former Pedro Ximénez sherry barriques which after six years maturation have created a lively sweet sherried highland single malt whisky, which we have bottled at 46%. This whisky has been bottled at natural colour and is non-chill filtered. The colour is a glorious bronze. On the nose the spirit shines first. The taste delivers the sweetness of royal icing, dried raisins and mixed peel. Sweet sherried indulgence to enjoy.
